• Free Rescheduling/Cancellation:

  You can reschedule or cancel your booking for free up to 24 hours before the service.

• Within 24 Hours:
• If you reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of the appointment, we do not provide a refund.

Payment Methods

• Direct Payment: You can pay the cleaner directly after the service.

• Bank Transfer: Alternatively, transfer the payment to our bank account once your booking is confirmed.

Requesting a Refund

• To request a refund, please call us at +971 55 575 1614 or contact through WhatsApp with appointment ID.
  We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
